1. Do you offer free delivery?
- Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over £40.
2. What is your return policy?
- We do not accept returns on jewellery for hygiene reasons unless the item arrived damaged. If your product is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. You can send an image of the damaged goods to infonovawomenuk@gmail.com, or message us directly on WhatsApp or Instagram.
3. How long does it take to process a refund for damaged items?
- Refunds for damaged items will be processed promptly once we receive the image of the damaged goods. Please allow for some processing time, and we will keep you updated throughout the process.
4. Can I exchange my earrings for a different style?
- We do not offer exchanges. However, if your earrings arrive damaged, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement upon verification.
5. Do you ship internationally?
- No, we do not ship internationally. However, if you are interested in a product and live abroad, please kindly DM us or email us the location, place, country, and area. We will review your request, though please keep in mind that international shipping fees will be higher than the normal ones.
6. How can I track my order?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. You can choose your preferred payment option at checkout.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping services?
- At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, our jewellery comes in elegant packaging, making it ready for gifting.
